On the morning of June 19, 2019, the special training meeting of "cultivating national intellectual property advantage enterprises in Jilin Province in 2020" sponsored by Jilin provincial market supervision and management department was successfully held. The training meeting was undertaken by Changchun new area Science and Technology Bureau and Jilin Provincial National Science Innovation Incubation Investment Co.
Jilin Guoke innovation incubation Investment Co, as the only pilot unit of national intellectual property advantage enterprise cultivation in Jilin Province, cooperates with Changchun new area science and Technology Bureau to select 25 enterprises to participate in the training from the Enterprise Library of cooperative projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Changchun new area science and Technology Enterprise Library, and cultivation enterprise library of science and technology industry innovation platform of Chinese Academy of Sciences （Jilin） For the first time, the training mode of "Online + offline" synchronous live broadcast was adopted to let more enterprises with training needs and declaration intention watch the training content.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Bing Li, general manager of Jilin Guoke innovation incubation Investment Co, made an opening speech. Ms. Bing Li mentioned that intellectual property rights play a more and more important role in supporting and leading enterprise innovation. Improving the ability of enterprise to create, use, protect and manage intellectual property rights, and promoting the combination of intellectual property rights and standardization work will be the winning magic weapon for enterprises to enhance their comprehensive strength and core competitiveness. The training content is carried out around two aspects: national intellectual property advantage enterprises and patent standardization. First of all, Jilin provincial market supervision and management department intellectual property use promotion department Mr. Darun Lv interpreted the relevant policies and application system process of national intellectual property advantage enterprises for enterprises. Mr. Lv explained in detail the importance of declaration of national intellectual property advantage enterprises, evaluation index system of national intellectual property advantage enterprises, scoring standards, application process and other aspects. The response of enterprises on site was warm and patient. He also stressed that enterprises with intellectual property advantages should enhance the overall development ability of intellectual property strategic management concept, creation, application, protection and management of intellectual property, and strive to become an enterprise with industry influence and benchmarking and become a national intellectual property demonstration enterprise.
Subsequently, Shufang Wang, deputy director of standardization management department of Jilin provincial market supervision and management department, explained the relevant contents of patent standardization for the enterprises present. "Standards are wisdom, standards are ties and standards are strength. To play the role of patent standardization, build the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the high-quality development of industries in our province" is Shufang Wang’s voice to all the enterprises present, and also her accurate interpretation of standards accumulated by her years of standardization work. She stressed that Jilin Province has a very strong industrial technology foundation. In the future, these enterprises should seize the opportunity of patent standardization, and write core technologies and core patents into enterprise standards, local standards, industry standards, national standards and even international standards, so that standards can boost innovation and development, and standards can lead the progress of the times.
